Remarks：
1. All hotel bookings are subjected to availability. Please submit your Reservation Form to on or before October 10th, 2019 should you wish to make your hotel reservation. Reservation made after the deadline cannot be guaranteed.
2. Cancellation must be made in writing 7 days prior to arrival and 3 days advance notice is required to modify a confirmed reservation. Late cancellations or changes will cause a penalty of all nights room charge.
3. Once you have submitted your hotel reservation form, the hotel booking confirmation will be sent to you either by fax or email. Every reservation requires payment of all room charges to ensure that the hotel stays.
